We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). For questions about your order, email us at email@example.com with your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as payments made through PayPal. We also accept mobile payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note that we do not currently accept payment via American Express.
How do I redeem gift/promo card discounts?
Simply enter and apply your promo code or online gift card at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or inaccurate?
Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line.
We ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many more via our delivery partners. If you are not sure whether we can ship to you please contact us at email@example.com.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How long should I expect to wait for my order?
All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Depending on the shipping option you chose you should expect your order to arrive within the following time frame following the notification of dispatch:
UK Royal Mail 1st class - 1-3 business days
Express (if ordered pre-12pm) - 1 business day
International Royal Mail - 10 business days
- International Express (DHL) - 2-5 business days
We hope that you are delighted with our turmeric range, however, if something is not right please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall refund your order as required. If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please email us at email@example.com with the order number in the subject line.
Please note, that as a food product, we cannot accept items that have been opened/damaged.
