Ingredients

Honey: Tropical forest honey*, Turmeric (5%)* and Black pepper*.

Turmeric Chai: Black Tea*, Turmeric Root*, Ginger*, Cardamom*, Cinnamon*, Clove* and Black pepper*.

*Certified Organic Ingredients.

Instructions

Honey: Add 1 teaspoon to hot milk/mylk for a delicious warming turmeric latte. Add 1 tsp to a cup of hot water, lemon juice and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Swirl into your oats. Even use it as a natural facemask!

Turmeric Chai: 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup. Use freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 minutes, add milk/mylk to taste. Or for a more authentic brew, bring to a boil in 220ml of milk/mylk and gently simmer for 5 minutes.

Use our Bamboo Tea Strainer to easily steep this loose leaf tea.
