Orders

You will receive a confirmation email when we gave received your order and a separate email to confirm when this has left our fulfilment centre. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays). Please note that for express delivery (next working day) the order must be placed before 12 noon UK time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA and Mastercard, as well as payments made through PayPal. We also accept mobile payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay. Please note that we do not currently accept payment via American Express.

How do I redeem gift/promo card discounts?

If you have a gift card or promo code then these details can be entered at checkout. Please note that we do not refund discounts retrospectively. 

We sell a number of items that are not for profit, where all funds go back to the project they are supporting - no discount can be obtained when purchasing such items.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or inaccurate?

Please contact us within 7 days of your order arriving at hello@wunderworkshop.com with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping

We ship to the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and many more via our delivery partners. If you are not sure whether we can ship to you please contact us at hello@wunderworkshop.com.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How long should I expect to wait for my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-4 business days, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. Depending on the shipping option you chose you should expect your order to arrive within the following time frame following the notification of dispatch:

  • UK Royal Mail 1st class - 1-3 business days

  • Express (if ordered pre-12pm) - 1 business day

  • International Royal Mail - 10 business days

  • International Express (DHL) - 2-5 business days 

Returns

We hope that you are delighted with our turmeric range, however, if something is not right please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we shall refund your order as required. If you are unhappy with a product you’ve purchased please email us at hello@wunderworkshop.com with the order number in the subject line.

Please note, that as a food product, we cannot accept items that have been opened/damaged.

We and this website complies to the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and already complies to the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which comes into affect from May 2018. We will update this policy accordingly after the completion of the UK's exit from the European Union.

We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online.
